Karen Muncy is amazing! My family of 5 kids has been seeing Karen for a couple years now. She is so patient, understanding, down to earth and attentive. The kids love her. (ages 15-5) She is thorough and communicative. Although it is a clinic, the staff behave more like a private practice. 1 of the girls up front remembers just about every patient by name and face. Staff is always smiling and polite. The facility is always clean with many restrooms as well. I also have to add, my kids insurance changed preferred drugs and the med my kids are on was no longer covered. The nurses and Karen went out of their way, between 2 locations, to find a solution and worked on it relentlessly until it was resolved. I have never met a more understanding, hard working staff such these awesome women!! I owe you ladies coffee or something! 😍😊

Outstanding place for addiction. Every staff member we met and got to know over four stays (Parents of 35 yr old son ) went far beyond their job description, to help our son. He is finally learning ways to control his troubles. Tracy and Liz deserve Gold medals.

This facility has been "AWESOME" to me and my family! I don't usually do reviews but here we go! Yesterday, my son who has Autism had his behavior tech cancel on us at the last minute. My son is an elopement risk....anyway the staff at Charlotte Behavior was wonderful and caring, they understood my struggle as a parent to get him to the facility without help. Here's what they did....Dr. Alsaman came to my car and completed the visit. His nurses assisted me in every way possible, they were understanding and kind! I've had so many positive life changing experiences at this facility. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

The staff in building B of the MHC program have helped me change my life for the better. I owe everything I have to them for helping me these past 18 months. They've stood up for me in court and spent lots of extra time on me. They do this with each of us, and it really makes me wonder how they have the time to get it all done.. I think they're all wonderful counselors. Glenda and Dave have put in the most time on me case, and i can honestly say i wouldn't be here today without them. I'd also like to mention case workers Jim and Beth for being so dedicated. I recommend seeking help at this facility to anyone who needs it.
